Pet Friendly Accommodation

Ilfracombe and the surrounding area is a fantastic place for dogs, with many fantastic walks available on the local beaches and over Exmoor. We understand that dogs are a part of your family and as such we offer pet friendly accommodation here at Ilfracombe Holiday Park.

However, as with our two legged guests, there are rules and guidelines for our four-legged friends which we expect to be followed during your stay.

  1. You must ensure, when booking that you inform us of any pets you are bringing with you. A supplement of £40 per pet per week or £25 part week will apply and we accept a maximum of two dogs.

  2. We expect all pets to be up-to-date on flea treatments and may ask to see documentation proving this.

  3. We will not accept any dogs listed under the Dangerous Dog Act on site, including: American Pit Bull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa and Dogo Argentino.

  4. Ensure all pets have collars with tags bearing a mobile contact number for you.

  5. Always clear up after your dog. You will need to bring your own dog poo bags with you as they are not provided.

  6. Dogs aren’t allowed within any of the parks facilities and we ask that they aren’t exercised in any areas where children are playing.

  7. Dogs should always be kept on a lead whilst on-site and should always be under the control of a responsible adult.

  8. Please do not leave your dog unattended in your accommodation

  9. Do not allow your pet on the sofas or beds.

  10. Whilst we are happy to allow pets on site, if we receive comments from other guests that your pet is being a nuisance or causing disruption then we may ask for your pet to be removed from the park.

  11. If your pet causes damage to any of the parks fixtures or fittings, either inside or outside of accommodation, you will be required to move your pet from the park.

  12. If you take your pet into a non-‘pet friendly’ unit/chalet then you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for deep cleaning.

*we do not charge a supplement for assistance dogs.
